PPG British Isles is hosting an in-person event designed to support skill development among professional dog trainers and behavior consultants.
Yes, you heard it right: bring along your dog and work under the supervision of an expert while you learn and enhance your training skills.
October 2024 will feature a 3-day summit showcasing academic sessions to underpin the more than 18 scheduled SKILL LABS.
As with all of the PPG events, there will be plenty of fun, games, and giggles.
Your Schedule of Events
- Registration & Shindig: October 3, 2024. 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. PPG will host this event in a local hotel.
- Summit Dates: October 4-6. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Daily Times: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday
- Evening Entertainment
Thursday, October 3, 2023 – Registration and Drinks 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, October 5, 2023 – Mechanical Skill Olympics 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Location: Ogilvie Dogs, Address: Isla Farm, 4 North Drove, Twenty, Bourne, PE10 0BJ
Venue: The venue offers a great indoor training experience and outdoor training fields. Indoors is a 20m x 54 m Juta astroturf; the external training field is 4 acres and fully fenced.
The indoor facility will enable us to host academic General Sessions with registrants seated to view presenter screens and audio. Using this location, we can host simultaneous skill LABS inside and out.

As soon as you register you will receive your event confirmation and event ticket. You will also be invited into a private Facebook Group where we will be posting updates, schedules, and competition information. You will also find help here should you need it.
